Ronnie Chapman

He Was more like my Family than a friend . One of the few people who had my respect and admiration . When I first met Ronnie ,I was just 19 years old . I was playing in a rock and roll band at "Quadro's" restaurant. Ronnie was the piano player for the dinner crowd. One night I stuck around to hear him play . I was impressed with his voice , his piano playing, everything! He invited me to see him at some other gigs he was doing and he opened up a whole new world of music other than Rock and Roll for me . Because of him ,I pursued a musical career and was pretty successful at it. I can honestly say I am a better person because of Ronnie. He was an accomplished musician , lyricist & music arranger, world renown entertainer , my Teacher ,mentor and great friend. He will truly be missed . I can only hope all his friends and relatives find comfort in knowing that his talent and gifted voice has touched so many lives and people like me in a positive life changing way. He was a man of many achievements . He was even listed in the book of Who's Who. I will miss him greatly . A great gifted talented man. In our hearts forever.
